I had a dream last night and in the dream we climbed to the very tops of the trees. We all climbed as high as we could and we howled and howled and howled. The wind blew hard and fierce in our faces and we didn't care who saw us or heard us.
We howled until a woman came to us out of the sky and she was made entirely of stars.
She smiled on us and she promised us that as long as we hunt and howl, as long as we remember who we are, then Recognition will continue to bless us with cubs, and our cubs' cubs will live here by the river forever.
It was a good dream.
