A round face, beautiful by trollish standards. A long, angular nose peppered with small warts.

Skin: Deep green and smooth, due to a variety of herbal and mineral treatments provided by (at a high price) Lodestone the Seer.
Build: Curvy and plump - a build that has caught the eye of many a troll. She has used her looks to her advantage.

Clothes:
Like many trolls of the Goldbrow caste, Goldshrew prefers the finer materials for her attire and will settle for nothing less. She adores long, flowing linens and clothing that is soft, comfortable and somewhat revealing. Her favourite colours are light, preferring pale shades of blue, yellow or pink. However, she will wear bright, lavish colours if the garment suits her.

Colours Worn: Pale blues, yellow, pinks are preferred but will wear rich, velvet colours as well.
Jewellery: Rings, earrings, baubles, necklaces and trinkets. Splitjaw, her mate, delights in giving her jewellery as a gift. Some say she has so much jewellery that she never wears the same piece more than once a month!

However, nice as she is to those trolls outwardly, she could care less about the fate of anyone, save herself and her favourite son Lugnut. If a tie to someone advances her position or forwards her plans to bring her favourite son to power, she will make it. She will also sever those ties just as quickly as they are made once the person no longer serves a purpose to her.

Personality:
Goldshrew's name fits her to a tee. She has a love of fine things, rich things. She is also a cunning troll, a master of manipulation to make sure events turn favourably for her. She has used her wit to get her to her current position and will rely on it to make her every plan a reality.

Treasures:
Loves her jewellery and the wealth that her position as King's first mate brings her. Power is the treasure she holds most dear. Keeps a collection of golden furred shrews for pets.

History:
Unlike most of the trolls in positions of power, Goldshrew was born into the Goldbrow caste as a favourite child. All her life, she has been spoiled and has been given her every heart's desire. She has come to expect to get her way, no matter what the cost.

She discovered the power of a "forked tongue" at an early age. She found that well-spoken words, regardless of their truth, could deflect punishments she'd deserved to her weakling younger brother. After that, manipulation became easy. A well-placed rumour could make the handsomest of males turn away from the female he loved and seek refuge in her bed. Indeed, this was how she became the favourite mate of Splitjaw, and the highest-ranked female in his harem. She reveled in the power and attention her position gave to her, and adored the riches and gifts which were given to her.

However, Goldshrew is still not content in her current position. Splitjaw has named another woman's son as his heir. If her son does not acquire the throne, she knows she will lose both her standing and her wealth once the new king is crowned. Despite trying to manipulate her mate through both words and pleasures, Splitjaw will not change his mind about who will ascend to the throne after his death.

Goldshrew is determined to change this, no matter what the price. In secret, she has begun plotting with both Lodestone and a dissident group of trolls. She hopes to slowly undermine Splitjaw's authority and leadership, and when the king is at his weakest, her beloved Lugnut will steal the throne out from under him, thus securing her position.
